Return & Refund Policy

Because each item is made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days at logodesignlsk8@gmail.com

and we will be happy to assist you.

 

European Union 14-day cancellation right
If your order is delivered to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. To be eligible, the product must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

How to return
To request a return, please email us at logodesignlsk8@gmail.com

with your order number. We will provide you with the correct return address (this depends on the production partner that fulfilled your order). Returns sent without prior contact will not be accepted.

 

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
