Production & Shipping

How long does it take to process my order?

Every item in our store is made to order. After you place your order, allow 2–5 business days for production before your item ships. Processing and shipping times may vary based on stock and supply availability.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Because production starts quickly, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We cannot guarantee modifications once production has begun.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you are an EU consumer, eligible online purchases may be returned under your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Please contact us before returning an item for instructions. 

Items made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.

Print Care & Durability

How do I keep the print looking its best?

To protect the print and extend the life of your garment:

  • Turn the item inside out before washing.
  • Wash in cold water (max 30 °C / 86 °F) with similar colours.
  • Use non-chlorine bleach only if needed — never chlorine bleach.
  • Tumble dry on low heat.
  • If ironing is needed, iron on low heat only and never directly on the printed graphic.
  • Do not dry clean.

Why should I wash inside out?

Washing inside out reduces friction on the printed surface during the wash cycle, which helps preserve colour and detail over time.

Can I use a hot dryer?

High heat can damage the print. Always tumble dry on low heat, or air dry flat when possible.

Can I iron over the design?

Never iron directly on the graphic. If your garment needs pressing, turn it inside out and iron on a low heat setting.

Hoodies & Zip Hoodies

Any special care for hoodies?

Machine wash cold or warm (max 40 °C / 105 °F). Tumble dry on low or medium heat. Non-chlorine bleach only if needed. Do not dry clean.

Tank Tops

How do I care for my tank top?

Machine wash cold or warm. Non-chlorine bleach only if needed. Check the label — some styles should not be tumble dried; air drying is the safest option. Iron on low to medium heat if needed. Do not dry clean.

Caps, Hats & Beanies

How do I clean my cap or trucker hat?

Spot clean only using warm water and a small amount of dish soap. Do not soak the hat. Use a soft-bristled brush for stubborn spots, then air dry. Machine washing is not recommended.

Ceramic Mugs

Are your mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?

Yes — our ceramic mugs are dishwasher safe (top rack recommended) and microwave safe. You can also hand wash with warm water and dish soap.

Tote Bags

How do I clean my tote bag?

Remove all items before cleaning. Pretreat any visible stains with a stain remover. Clean with warm water and laundry detergent using a cloth or soft-bristled brush. Air dry — do not tumble dry.

Iron-On Patches

How do I care for my iron-on patch after applying it?

Machine wash cold (max 30 °C / 86 °F). Drip dry. You can iron or steam on medium heat if needed.

Stickers & Decals

How long do your stickers last outdoors?

Our vinyl stickers and decals are water, scratch, and UV resistant for up to 3 years of outdoor use when applied to clean, smooth, dust-free hard surfaces.

How do I clean a surface with a sticker on it?

Clean gently with water and a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
